When our lending partners handle your financial data under GLBA rules, some CCPA rights might not apply to that specific information. Federal banking laws may also restrict what can be deleted or changed.

How to Claim Your Rights

You can always use your privacy rights and submit a request with any of these methods:

To keep your data confidential, we’ll need to validate your identity before we process any request. Ask some questions to prove your identity and save your information from identity theft. We’ll get back to you within 45 days. 

If your request is complex and requires more time, we’ll let you know. If you’d like someone else to handle this for you (a lawyer or family member), they’ll need to show us written proof that you’ve authorized them to act on your behalf.
